I recently started a Java programming project. I'm going to attempt to rid Paintchat of several nasty bugs, and add some added features. Any Java programmers interested in this project are welcome to contact me to participate.

Shi-chan is the copyright holder and may not be released without Shi-chans approval. the modified project will be used internally and to each project member.

Its been along time since Paintchat has been updated and I had hoped some of these bugs would have been fixed by now. Unfortuately Paintchat has had these issues ever since beta 3 was released.

In addition to the bug fixes, i am hoping to include an array of new features, modelled after my c++ version of the paintchat server. You can see a full command list in my message forum.

I'm totally blown away. We have 54+ artists creating artwork for the faces and backside of a deck of playing cards. When we are finished we are sending an order to a printer to have the cards created. The decks are for sale. This is a non-profit art project. and Everyone is welcome to join in. There is already sign up messages threads for the next couple card decks. We have one for a Tarot card deck, Yaoi theme (Shogen-Ai) , and a Halloween deck (my favorate theme). Decks price estimates are around 10 US dollars + shipping. Final price will be determined by the total quanity of decks we can get together for the printer.
